It's important to us that your order reaches your doorstep fast and in perfect condition. This is why all orders are delivered by our trusted delivery partners! Bulky products or products that require installation are delivered by Music Express, and smaller or hand carried products are delivered by Ninja Van, UrbanFox, or J&T Express.
You will have an option to choose the next earliest or preferred delivery date slot upon check out. Once your order is received, it will be processed, and our logistic team will prepare and packed on the next working day.
When your order is handed over to our delivery partners
It will be delivered to you within 1 to 3 business days(Excluding Sunday & Public Holidays)
Between 9am to 9pm.
The delivery date selection is an indication of your preferred delivery date. We will make
utmost effort to deliver the order to you on your preferred delivery date. However, delays
that are beyond our control can occur occasionally. Therefore, please check your order
status regularly in your “My Account” page for an up-to-date order delivery status.
*Enjoy FREE DELIVERY for orders above $500! For orders under $500, the delivery fee is $10, inclusive of GST. This is automatically added to your order upon checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER OR RESCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
You will receive an email and SMS from us when your order is handed over to our delivery
partners. The email and SMS will indicate the name of the apointed delivery agent and
the tracking number. You may track your order status via the provided tracking URL in
your delivery confirmation email and SMS.

FOR BUY ONLINE & COLLECT IN STORE
If you have specified that you wish to collect your purchased items in-store, kindly note the following:
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that your order will not be ready for collection immediately until you receive a ready for collection email from us. Typically, it will take about 1 working day to process your order.
Once your order is ready for your collection, you will receive another email and SMS to inform you that your order is now ready for your collection at the selected collection store.
When your order is ready for collection, simply head down to your selected collection store and present your Order Confirmation Email (with QR Code) from Yamaha to our in-store staff.
If your order requires additional processing time due to unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified through email and SMS.
If you authorise a person who is at least 18 years old to collect your purchased items on
your behalf, the authorised person must present the following at the time of collection:
- Original authorisation letter endorsed by you, which shall be retained by Yamaha upon collection of the purchased items; or
- The Order Confirmation Email (with QR Code) from Yamaha.
If your purchased items are not collected within 14 days from the date at which they were ready for collection, we will send you an email reminder to collect your items at your selected collection store.
*Should your order remain uncollected after 2 months from the date at which it was available for collection at store, Yamaha reserves the right not to fulfil the Online Order, nor refund any monies paid.
