At its heart, the AUC-33 Fusion is an excellent laminate mahogany ukulele, but it features a design twist: it features amazing artwork on the soundboard. There have been no shortcuts taken with the design of these instruments–they sound and play as good as they look.
LET'S PLAY
The neck of the AUC-33 is made from African okoume, and the fingerboard is walnut. This is a great combination that guarantees a stable intonation across the fretboard. The neck feels amazing in your hands, and looks fantastic!
FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT
Of course, it is good to learn how to play the ukulele without using a strap, but why not use a strap if you can have it both ways? Strap makes holding the ukulele easier so you can keep playing for hours. It also allows you to be ‘hands free’ between songs. We at Flight care about the comfort of our Flighters, which is why we started adding strap buttons to all Flight ukes!
